Round The World 2008/2009
Six years ago I took a year off and vowed to do the same every five years. Slightly late but still managed to do it!
Starting in February 2008, the year started off by taking in the Philippines, Palau and Japan. Returning to England, most of the summer was spent completing a set of sailing qualifications. In November 2008 I headed off on a RTW trip. The three month ticket included Delhi, Bhutan, Kathmandu, Bangkok, Myanmar (Burma), Singapore, Melbourne, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia.
As I travelled I kept a record of wanderings, trials, tribulations and highlights which are now kept under Travel Blog.
One year later, and I'm now back home.
